Terms of service

1. Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “skrpt.gg” — skrpt.gg.
• “Software” — any build, module, script, overlay, tool or file we distribute, in any form.
• “Licence” — the time-limited or lifetime right to run the Software, granted to one person and bound to a limited number of devices.
• “Account” — your Discord account, which is how we identify you. We do not issue separate credentials.
• “Order” — a purchase confirmed by us after we verify your payment by hand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are buying on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for their conduct as if it were your own.

You must own a legitimate copy of the game the Software targets. We do not distribute games and will not help you obtain one.

You must not be located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions that would make this transaction unlawful for us.

3. What a licence is, and what it is not

A Licence grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to run the Software for your own private use, on the number of devices stated at purchase, for the period stated at purchase.

You are not buying:

• the Software itself, or any copy of it beyond the running instance;
• its source code, symbols, offsets, research or documentation;
• any right to redistribute, resell, lend, rent, stream or sublicense;
• a guarantee that any specific feature will exist, keep working, or be replaced if the game removes it;
• a guarantee of undetectability. See section 9.

A “lifetime” Licence means the operational lifetime of that product, not your lifetime and not an indefinite obligation on us. If we discontinue a product, the Licence ends with it. We will announce discontinuation in the Discord with as much notice as we reasonably can.

4. Device binding

Each Licence is bound to a limited number of devices, stated at purchase. Binding happens on first run. You may reset a binding through the customer panel, subject to a cooldown, to cover a lost, replaced or reset device.

Repeatedly resetting a binding in a pattern consistent with sharing — for example, alternating between devices in different countries — is treated as sharing under section 5 and ends your access without a refund.

5. What you must not do

Doing any of the following ends your Licence immediately, without a refund, and without notice:

• Sharing, reselling, lending, gifting, streaming, leaking or publishing the Software, a build, a licence key, a download link, or any file we gave you.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, unpacking, patching, repackaging or otherwise tampering with the Software, or attempting to defeat its licensing or device binding.
• Running the Software on behalf of other people, as a paid service, or as part of another product.
• Using the Software to harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, impersonate or expose the personal information of any person.
• Attacking, overloading or attempting to gain unauthorised access to game servers, our servers, or anyone else’s systems.
• Presenting yourself as staff, a reseller, or an official representative of skrpt.gg without our written permission.
• Buying with stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Using the Software where doing so would break a law that applies to you.

6. Access, and how it is revoked

Access to the customer panel is derived from your role in our Discord server, read live at each request. Losing that role closes the panel on your next page load. Being removed or banned from the Discord server therefore ends your access to everything behind it.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for a breach of these terms, for abuse of our staff or community, for payment fraud or a chargeback, or where we are required to by law.

7. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown at the point of sale and may change at any time before you order. Stock limits — where a product is sold in a fixed number of Licences — are stated at the point of sale and are binding on us.

Payments are verified manually. An Order is not accepted, and no Licence exists, until a member of staff confirms the payment. Until then, a transfer to us creates no obligation other than to return the funds if we decline the Order.

You pay any transaction, network or conversion fees. Where a cryptocurrency payment arrives short of the invoiced amount because of network fees, the Order is not complete until the balance is paid.

You are responsible for any tax that applies to you personally in your country.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Read it before you pay.

In short: because the Software is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final once delivery has occurred, and you confirm at checkout that you want immediate delivery on that basis. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is a breach of these terms and permanently ends your access.

9. Risk you accept

Using modification software in an online game breaks that game’s terms of service. The publisher may suspend or permanently ban your game account, remove your in-game property, or take other action against you.

That risk is entirely and exclusively yours. We do not compensate for banned accounts, lost in-game currency or items, lost progress, lost time, or money you spent with the game publisher. No statement made by us, our staff, our community or our marketing anywhere is a promise that you will not be detected, and nothing in this agreement should be read as one.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to accept that risk before you buy.

10. Availability

Games update. When they do, the Software may stop working, sometimes for days, and features may be removed permanently if the game removes what they depended on. This is a normal characteristic of the product, not a defect, and it does not entitle you to a refund or an extension unless we say otherwise for a specific incident.

We do not promise any level of uptime and we do not publish one, because we would have no method behind the number.

11. Support

Support is provided in our Discord server, in the languages our staff speak, on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a response time. We may decline to support a configuration we do not recognise — a modified build, an unsupported device, or an installation that did not follow our instructions.

12. Intellectual property

The Software, this website, our branding and everything we publish remain ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of anything to you.

Game names, trademarks, logos and assets belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any game publisher or platform holder.

13. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it is error-free, that it will work with any particular device or game version, that it will keep working, or that it is fit for any purpose you have in mind.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total aggregate liability to you, for all claims arising out of or relating to this agreement, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, game accounts, virtual property or opportunity, however caused.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer resident somewhere whose law gives you rights that cannot be contracted away, this section does not remove those rights.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to raise the issue with us in the Discord and give us thirty days to resolve it. Most disputes are a misunderstanding about what was delivered, and those are solved in an afternoon.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the Discord and the version number at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the Software after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using it — that is your remedy, and it does not entitle you to a refund of a Licence already delivered.

18. General

• If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the clause is read as narrowly as needed to make it valid.
• Not enforcing a term once does not waive it. We can enforce it later.
• You may not assign this agreement. We may, on notice, if the business is transferred.
• These terms, the Refund policy, the Acceptable use policy and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement between us.

Skar — @mr.skarth on Discord, or through our server. That is the only official contact route. Anyone contacting you from anywhere else claiming to be skrpt.gg is not.
