Refund policy

Last updated 9 September 2026 · version 1.0

Read this before you pay, not after. It is short on purpose, and every line of it is enforced exactly as written.

The short version

  • Before delivery: full refund, no questions, no explanation needed.
  • After delivery: no refund, because the product cannot be returned and you confirmed you wanted it immediately.
  • If we cannot deliver: full refund, always.
  • Banned game account: no refund. That risk is the one you accepted when you bought.

1. What “delivery” means

Delivery has occurred at the earliest of these moments:

  • a licence key is issued or shown to you;
  • a download link is generated for your account;
  • a build is sent to you in a ticket or a direct message;
  • the customer or lifetime role is applied to your Discord account.

We record the timestamp of that moment, which account it applied to, and which staff member confirmed the payment. That record is what we produce if a payment is ever disputed.

2. What you confirm at checkout

Before we deliver anything, you confirm two things explicitly — not buried in a wall of text, but as a separate step you have to complete:

  • that you want the product delivered immediately, rather than waiting out any cancellation window that might otherwise apply to you; and
  • that you understand this means you lose any right to cancel and be refunded once delivery has happened.

We store the date, the time and the account that gave that confirmation. If you are not willing to confirm it, do not pay — tell us and we will not take the order.

3. When we refund

  • You change your mind before delivery. Say so in the ticket. Full refund, same payment method where possible.
  • We cannot deliver what you paid for. Stock ran out, the product was discontinued between payment and delivery, or we decline your order. Full refund.
  • We charged you twice for the same thing. The duplicate is refunded.
  • The product never worked on your device and we could not make it work. If you followed our install instructions, opened a ticket within seven days of delivery, and cooperated with troubleshooting, and we still could not get you a working build, we refund. This is the one discretionary case and we apply it honestly — but it requires that you actually engaged with support.

4. When we do not refund

  • Your game account was banned or restricted. This is the known, disclosed and accepted risk of the product. It is not a defect.
  • The game updated and the product is temporarily down. Downtime after a game patch is normal and expected. Wait for the rebuild.
  • The game removed a feature and we can no longer provide it. We will say so publicly rather than pretend otherwise, but a licence covers a product, not a specific toggle.
  • You changed your mind after delivery, stopped playing, or bought the wrong product without asking first.
  • You broke the terms — shared your build, resold access, tampered with the licensing, or abused staff or the community.
  • You never contacted support. We cannot fix what we were never told about.

5. How to ask for a refund

Open a ticket in our Discord and include the payment reference, the date, and what went wrong. We answer refund requests within five working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method where the method allows it; where it does not — an on-chain transfer, for instance — we refund to an address you provide and confirm.

Cryptocurrency refunds are made in the same asset, at the amount received, not at a later exchange rate. We do not carry your market risk.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe something went wrong, talk to us first. Opening a chargeback, a PayPal dispute or a bank reversal instead of contacting us is a breach of the terms of service, and it has three consequences:

  • your Licence is revoked and your access ends permanently, on every product;
  • your Discord account is banned from our server and blocked from future purchases;
  • we contest the dispute with the evidence described below, and where we are charged a dispute fee we treat that fee as a debt owed to us.

This is not a threat, it is a description. Almost every dispute we have ever seen would have been solved in a ticket in ten minutes.

7. What we submit when a payment is disputed

We keep, for 24 months, a record of every order sufficient to answer a dispute:

  • the order, the amount, the payment reference and the timestamp;
  • the Discord account that placed it, and the staff member who confirmed the payment;
  • your explicit confirmation of immediate delivery and waiver of cancellation, with its timestamp;
  • the delivery event — key issued, role granted, download link generated — with its timestamp;
  • evidence of use: licence activations, device bindings, and when the product was last run;
  • the full support conversation, including any ticket you opened and anything you told us.

A dispute claiming “never received” or “unauthorised” against a licence that was delivered, activated and used is answered with that record.

8. Your rights under local law

We sell worldwide. If the law where you live gives you refund rights that cannot be signed away, this policy does not remove them, and we will honour them. Tell us which law you are relying on and we will look at it properly rather than argue.

9. Questions

Ask before you pay, not after — we would much rather talk you out of a purchase than argue about one. Skar, @mr.skarth on Discord. See also the terms of service.
