Acceptable use policy

Last updated 9 September 2026 · version 1.0

These rules exist because a small number of people ruin a product for everyone else, and because some uses of this software would put us and you in front of a court rather than a support ticket.

1. Never, under any circumstances

These end your access immediately and permanently, with no refund, and we will cooperate with any lawful request for information about them:

  • Using the Software, or anything you learn through it, to harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail or intimidate a person.
  • Collecting, publishing or trading another player’s personal information. Doxxing is not a grey area.
  • Targeting anyone you know or suspect to be a minor.
  • Attacking infrastructure: denial of service, exploiting a server to crash or corrupt it, or attempting unauthorised access to any system that is not yours.
  • Stealing accounts, credentials, payment details or in-game property from other players.
  • Using the Software to commit fraud, launder money, or run any scheme that takes money from other people.

2. Do not resell or redistribute

  • One Licence is one person. Not a friend group, not a clan, not “my brother uses it sometimes”.
  • Do not sell, rent, lend or trade access, keys, builds or files.
  • Do not offer a service that runs the Software for other people, paid or free.
  • Do not upload our builds anywhere: file hosts, forums, other Discord servers, GitHub, anywhere.

Every build is traceable to the account it was issued to. When a leak appears, we know whose it was.

3. Do not tamper with the Software

  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, unpacking, patching or repackaging.
  • No bypassing licence checks, device binding or update mechanisms.
  • No running our Software inside another product, launcher or loader.

4. In the Discord

  • Do not impersonate staff, and do not accept help from anyone who direct-messages you first claiming to be staff. We do not open unsolicited direct messages about payments. Ever.
  • Do not advertise other products, run giveaways for other services, or recruit our members elsewhere.
  • Do not post other people’s personal information, sexual content, or content involving minors.
  • Do not spam, mass-mention, or raid channels.
  • Abuse aimed at staff or other members ends your access to the product, not just the chat. Support is people.

5. Talking about the product publicly

You may record and stream your own gameplay. You may not:

  • show a working licence key, download link, or anything that lets a viewer get in without paying;
  • claim to speak for skrpt.gg, or promise features, prices or undetectability on our behalf;
  • use our name or logo to sell something that is not ours.

Content creators working with us have a separate arrangement and are told what it allows.

6. How we enforce this

Depending on what happened, we will: warn you, remove a feature, suspend access, revoke the Licence permanently, ban the Discord account, or block future purchases. For anything in section 1 we go straight to permanent and we do not negotiate.

Enforcement decisions are made by staff and are final. You can appeal once, in a ticket, by explaining what happened. We do read appeals.

None of this entitles you to a refund. See the refund policy.

7. Reporting someone

If someone is using our product against you, or breaking these rules, tell us in a ticket. Include what happened, when, and any recording you have. We would rather hear it from you than from the person’s victim.
